Bertha Rendo Joined Korn/Ferry International Consultores Asociados, in October 1992 as Associate
Consultant.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in Civil Engineering and completed
a Master in Business Administration at IESA. She began her profersional career at Arthur D. Little as Consultant,
participating in cases related to the petrochemicals, consumer, construction, and paper areas. In
1990, she joined Corporación Venezolana de Guayana as Corporate Coorditation in Organizational Development, position of
Corporate Manager Organizational Development.
Bertha is member of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela.
