and local companies.
Before joining Korn/Ferry International she worked in the Marketing area and Consumer Behavior Research in well-known companies as Napoleon Franco & Co..
Her professional experience is mainly based in the Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior for companies in the industrial, pharmaceutical, chemicals, household, service and food sectors.
She joined Korn/Ferry as Assistant for the Research Department and was subsequently promoted to the Associate position. Moreover, she is also in charge of the K/F Associates starting operation in Colombia.
